Ahmed is a private sector development and institutional reform specialist with over 20 years of experience across Palestine, Canada, and the wider MENA region. He has led and advised initiatives in business enabling environment reform, trade and export development, SME competitiveness, institutional strengthening, digital government services, and industrial development.

Combining hands-on manufacturing experience with strategic advisory roles, Ahmed supports public and private sector institutions in delivering practical, results-driven solutions that strengthen economic growth and institutional performance. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Northwestern University.
