Hannah Cunneen

Hannah is a market systems and private sector development practitioner from New Zealand. She brings over 15 years' experience designing and delivering programmes to drive economic development across Asia, West Africa, Melanesia and the Pacific. Hannah has led multidisciplinary teams and partnered with governments, donors, civil society organisations and private sector clients to improve competitiveness, build ecological and social resilience, and promote inclusive growth.

Hannah specialises in market systems and agricultural value chains, with particular expertise in gender-transformative approaches, human rights and ethical sourcing, regenerative agriculture, and systems design for inclusive and sustainable value chains. She holds a Master's degree in International Development and undergraduate degrees in International Business and Commercial Law. Hannah is based between East Africa and Europe and is currently learning French.
