Saeb Bamya

Mr. Bamya is Managing Partner at Core Associates, a Palestinian consulting firm specializing in policy, planning, and private sector development, and serves as an advisor on European affairs to the Prime Minister’s Office. He has held senior roles in both the public and private sectors, including Deputy Minister of National Economy and Team Leader of the Private Sector Technical Unit. He coordinates the Palestinian team for the Aix Group, an international economic think tank, and has led Palestinian negotiations on free trade agreements with the EU, EFTA, Canada, and Turkey. An expert in Palestinian–Israeli economic relations, he also participated in the Joint Economic Committee and disengagement negotiations with Israel. He holds a Master’s in Economics (1972).
