Saad Khatib

Dr. Saad Khatib is a specialist in trade policy and private sector development with a JD in trade law. He is currently a Senior Partner at Core Associates, focusing on economic and trade policy. He previously served as Senior Policy Advisor to the EDIP project and to two Ministers of National Economy, and was Director of the Portland Trust office in Ramallah. Dr. Khatib also served as Secretary General of the Palestinian Federation of Industries and Director of Trade Policy at PalTrade. His earlier roles include senior positions at the Ministry of Economy and managing Palestine Online. He has authored and co-authored several publications on trade policy, WTO accession, export strategies, and economic reform in Palestine and the region.
