Tasdeer Planning Day - 2022
Tasdeer invited over 35 representatives from 16 private sector organisations and government instutions (including FCDO, MoNE, and MoF, as well as sub-agencies) to review our progress and brainstorm new interventions. Our aim was to facilitate an open, collective dialogue with partner organisations that would feed into the programme prioritisation process.
Participants expressed strong support for the programme and shared their organisational priorities and needs, as well as wider economic needs. Some of the ideas included supporting skills development, strengthening domestic production, and deploying technology within businesses and institutions. We will incorporate some of the new ideas into our 2022/23 workplan.
Tasdeer plans to conduct a similar event on an annual basis and will include civil society organisations.
