The UK Consul-General (Phillip Hall) and the Palestinian Minister of National Economy (Khaled Osaily) took part in a televised signing ceremony to begin implementation of the Tasdeer programme, under the auspices of the Prime Minister, Dr Mohammad Shtayyeh (16th February 2021).
