Michele Bradford

Michele brings over 25 years of experience in foreign policy and development programming, with a deep focus on fragile and conflict-affected states (FCAS). A seasoned Team Leader for more than 15 years, she specialises in private sector development and governance at the nexus of stabilisation and economic growth. Her work is dedicated to fostering resilient, inclusive market ecosystems and unlocking domestic capital to scale local enterprises, strengthen market linkages, de-risk local investment, and catalyse inclusive economic development. Drawing from her firsthand experience as an entrepreneur, she actively channels these insights into her current role as Board Chair for a U.S. not-for-profit supporting economic resilience.
